Hardly rolls off the tongue but let's hope they are a bit more customer friendly than Arriva!!!😉😁

Had the opportunity to try out the new Hitachi Rolling stock on the weekend which is replacing the 125 Main Line units on the GWR Network.
Personally very disappointed with specific areas being less than comfortable seats on a long trip, limited luggage storage and frequent technical faults on the seat reservations system!!! >:( ::).
On the positive side smooth ride and larger toilets!!
Looks the part but looks can be very deceptive!! ;)
Be interested in other people thoughts.
